Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD has scratches and tooling marks on the underside of the cover. The top hinges are scratched and scuffed.  There is a long scuff mark and a blemish in the coating on top of the tail panel. There is an off colored stripe in the coating on top of the cab panel. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
