At DiamondBack Covers, we want you to feel confident in your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
