Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD has scratches and tooling marks on the underside of the cover. The hinges on top of the cover are scratched and scuffed. There is styrofoam residue in the coating throughout the top of the cover. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
