Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack SE has scratches, weld splatter and blemishes in the metal on the underside and throughout the top of the cover. There is a small dent on top of the passenger side cab panel. All the corners of the cover have bulky welds. There is a large gap in the gutter between the passenger side cab and mid panels which will most likely cause leakage in this area. This cover has cosmetic issues and most likely will leak.
