Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has warped panels which will cause the cover to not set flush with the truck bed in some areas. This may cause water to pool on top and may cause leakage in areas. This cover has cosmetic issues and may leak and have water pool.
